Trueline Makes List of Maine’s Best Places to Work—Again!

Reading Time: 2 minutes

There are three certainties in life: Death, taxes and Trueline being named one of the Best Places to Work in Maine.

For the fourth year in a row, Trueline was one of 100 companies to make the cut. The next step: finding out exactly where we landed on the list, which will be revealed at the 2019 awards ceremony in Augusta on October 2.

(We’ll be easy to spot: We’re the table having the most fun.)

Conducted annually by a third-party group of Maine businesses and state agencies, the survey-based contest uses anonymous responses from employees to quantify a company’s work culture, management, office accommodations, internal policies and more.

According to CEO Haj Carr, Trueline’s inclusion on this year’s list underscores the company’s tight-knit culture.

“This is a testament to the consistency and camaraderie we’ve tried to build. We don’t just work with one another, we learn from one another, and that’s been a huge factor in our success, and why we’re able to have such a positive impact on our clients.” – Haj Carr, Trueline CEO

“This is a testament to the consistency and camaraderie we’ve tried to build,” says Carr. “We don’t just work with one another, we learn from one another, and that’s been a huge factor in our success, and why we’re able to have such a positive impact on our clients.”

While making the list is plenty exciting on its own, companies that crack the top 10 in each size-specific category will have some of their more unique offerings and amenities read aloud to the crowd.

Trust us, we have the list ready to go: company beach outings and rafting trips, weekly yoga classes, First Friday art shows, a ping-pong table in the break room, a new and vibrant office in the heart of downtown Portland, and bar-none the best holiday party this side of Manhattan.

To all those who participated in this year’s survey: Thank you. And to all the people, past and present, who’ve helped make Trueline one of the coolest companies in town—WEPA!
