Trueline’s legal publication, Vanguard, is a finalist in the FOLIO: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. Again.
Update: Vanguard received Honorable mention in the B2B Full Issue category. Congrats to the team for all your hard work and making Vanguard an award-winning magazine year after year!
The case isn’t closed, but the evidence seems in our favor. For the third year running, Vanguard, Trueline’s legal publication, is a finalist for the FOLIO: Eddie & Ozzie Awards, an awards sought by around 2,000 other publications.
Preliminarily recognized for our design and international content for the three-year old publication, we’ll be getting the final word October 9, following a red carpet ceremony and dinner at the Hilton Midtown in New York City.
We have a good feeling about the outcome, but like the attorneys from around the world profiled in Vanguard, we’re being prudent and keeping predictions to ourselves.
The early recognition marks the upcoming, third anniversary of Vanguard, which began early in 2016. An offshoot of a business publication, Vanguard’s mission is to give voice to corporate attorneys who often do more than legal work but aren’t recognized for their full roles in the business world.
In nearly three years, we have grown Vanguards readership dramatically, establishing coverage of world-renowned attorneys and giving well-deserved publicity to thousands of entrepreneurially minded general counsels and legal leaders who otherwise might be working in the dark.
The award nomination is a nice reminder of how far we’ve come, and we are grateful for all the attorneys who have shared their time and stories with us.
As ever, we’ll keep you posted.
